My route to coaching follows a lifelong interest in people, their passions, and unearthing potential. It started in my work in education, teaching and leading in busy London primary schools supporting high-achieving pupils along with those with identified special needs.
After becoming a parent for the third time I found myself feeling lost. The ‘family friendly’ career I had worked so hard towards suddenly didn’t seem right. I felt guilty all the time. I had a sinking feeling at the thought of the rest of my working life stretching ahead of me – and none of it exciting me anymore. The more I thought about it, the more overwhelming it felt. I knew that parenthood had stretched me, and I realized I wanted more of this in my

I am a Co-Active coach and trained with the prestigious Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). I am an ICF (International Coaching Federation) Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
I am a certified Firework career coaching practitioner.
I am an associate coach with Sanctus, coaching to support mental health in the workplace.
